Temporary skin marks, such as redness or bruising, may remain for up to two days because of pressure applied to the muscles, especially where there is severe tension or muscle knots. They should then settle gradually.

After-session notes
After a cupping session
Cupping and superficial incision marks usually fade within 4 to 7 days. Mild discomfort or skin redness may occur in rare cases.
After dry needling
A mild pinprick sensation around the treated area may remain for up to 12 hours.

Appointments and cancellations

Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the session being cancelled so later appointments are not affected.

If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable when cancellation is not made at least one day before the appointment.
Important - 03
Bookings for more than one person require a 30% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable when cancellation is made on the same day.
Important - 04
We confirm appointments by WhatsApp one day before the session. Please confirm at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be treated as postponed.

To cancel a session, please notify us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be treated as cancelled.

If an appointment is confirmed and the client does not attend, the session will be cancelled and deducted from the package value or session balance, for package bookings only.
